ORDER
Here are the steps to place an order:
1. Select your items on the site and add them to your cart
2. Validate your basket
3. Log in to your account or create one
4. Enter your shipping and billing address
5. Choose your delivery method
6. Choose your payment method then enter your bank details
7. Validate the order
By logging into your account, you can change all information about you.
A user can have multiple billing and shipping addresses.
He can manage his addresses via my account / my addresses, or when he places an order.
STOCK
Yes, all our products available on the site are in stock in our warehouse in France in Saint-Pargoire (34 - Hérault) and are shipped within 24 hours maximum (working days, Monday to Friday).
Giving a MOCY BELL® is a great idea!
It will bring twice as much luck when given as a gift.
Some MOCY BELL® may sell out quickly. Stocks are updated regularly based on manufacturing in our factory.
Please note that when a MOCY BELL® is no longer in stock, a new production is launched.
Check back regularly to check its availability.

Payment for your order on our site can be made:

No banking information is stored on our site.

By logging into your account, you will have access to your invoices via “my orders”.
DELIVERY
Upon receipt, we prepare your order within a maximum of 24 hours on working days.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and your package will be delivered to you between 2 and 3 days in mainland France, Corsica and Monaco.
For the rest of the world, allow between 4 and 7 days depending on the destination (all our packages are shipped from France with a tracking number regardless of the destination).
Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco :
Delivery is FREE for mainland France, Corsica and Monaco.
Rest of the world :
It is also FREE for the rest of the world from 80 € of order.
A flat rate of €4.90 will be charged if your order is less than €80.
We deliver to all countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia.

It is very rare but it can happen sometimes and we apologize in advance.
The most effective way is to contact our team at contact@mocybell.com by sending them a photo of your damaged products.
If the package you received your products in was also in poor condition then please feel free to take a photo as well (this is important to us 😀).
RETURN AND REFUND
You can return one or more items for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the day you received your order.
The items you wish to return must be new and in their original packaging.
All you need to do is contact us by writing to us at contact@mocybell.com explaining that you wish to return one or more items from your order with the reason "exchange" or "refund".
We will respond to you quickly and then you will simply need to return the item(s), in its/their original packaging(s), to the following address:

For added security, we recommend using a delivery service that offers a tracking number for traceability.
Return costs remain your responsibility unless it is an error on our part.
Your request will be processed once your package is received. You will receive your refund directly into your bank account or PayPal account within 24 hours on a business day (we will use the same payment method that you used when paying for your order).
